We are seeking to appoint an innovative and highly skilled Deputy Headteacher to join us from 1^st September 2024 for 1 year until 31^st August 2025 who will play a critical role in continuing the academic excellence of the school and further improving its reputation within the local and national context.

The successful candidate will:

Has the skills and knowledge to monitor, evaluate, report on and influence whole school improvement, but particularly standards of attainment and learning and teaching.

Has clear and demonstrable experience of developing their own and others’ pedagogy and practice
Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues, promoting high aspirations for all through a range of leadership styles
Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, children and the wider community, through modelling high levels of professionalism, commitment and integrity.
